Shipping policy
We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. Below is our comprehensive shipping policy, detailing everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing and Delivery Information
- Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 1 PM (GMT) Greenwich mean time (London) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping Charges: We provide free shipping on all orders within the UK.
- Shipping Partner: We use Royal Mail for delivery.
Note: We currently only offer domestic shipping within the UK. International shipping options are not available at this time.
2. Estimated Taxes and Discounts
- Taxes: We don't charge any taxes.
- Discounts: Discounts and promotional offers are applied at checkout. Please note that terms and conditions may apply to discount codes.
3. Address Changes
- Before Shipping: If your order has not shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
- After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If your order is in transit to the wrong address, please refer to our Shipping & Returns FAQs page for more information.
4. Invalid Addresses
- Responsibility: We are not responsible for orders returned due to invalid or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. No refund will be issued if your order is lost due to an incorrect address.
- Address Confirmation: If your address is flagged as invalid, we may email you to confirm the details. If we do not receive a response and the address is still considered shippable, we will ship the order as is. If the address is incomplete and we do not hear back from you, your order will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund. Please check your email (including your spam folder) for any messages from us.
5. Tracking Information
- Issue Reporting: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the Royal Mail website. If you have any concerns about your order's status, please email us at [email protected].
6. Return to Sender
- Domestic Orders: If your order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or other delivery issue, you can choose to have it reshipped or receive a refund for the cost of the items. Once we receive the returned item, we will contact you via email to confirm whether you would like a reshipment or a refund. If you choose to reship, we will need to confirm the correct address. Once confirmed, the package will be reshipped at no additional cost.
- No Response: If we do not receive a response for reshipping within a reasonable time frame, we will process a refund for the item cost. Once a refund is processed, the order cannot be restored.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
8. Exceptions and Delivery Delays
- Holidays and Weather Delays: Please note that delivery times may be affected during public holidays or due to severe weather conditions. We will do our best to notify you of any such delays.
